I own delivery, from strategy through to adoption and lasting value.

As a digital technologist and strategic business partner, I have built my career at the intersection of business strategy, technology and digital transformation within global pharmaceutical organizations. Over 15+ years at Roche and Novartis, my work has brought business insight and technology together across 30+ markets.

My experience combines strong business understanding with technical expertise, allowing me to act as a bridge between the Business and Data, Digital & IT. I focus on translating strategic business objectives into efficient, scalable digital solutions that improve processes, support product launches and create measurable value for organizations and their customers. At Novartis, the scope covered an annual portfolio of around 20 initiatives within 50+ global programs, distributed teams of up to 15 project managers and budgets up to CHF 5M. At Roche, moving engagement from in person to scalable digital models delivered CHF 7 to 10M in operational savings.

Currently, my work on enterprise AI initiatives is for global pharma, from portfolio assessment and business requirements to AI answer quality, FinOps and the roadmaps that take a capability into real use.

Experienced in integrated strategy, with a strong business and analytical mindset developed in leading international companies, I have worked in dynamic multicultural environments across global markets. Throughout my career, I have developed the ability to operate in complex organizations, align diverse senior stakeholders and drive initiatives from concept to hands on implementation.

Being proactive by nature means anticipating needs and acting before issues become blockers. Being a strong coordinator and a true team player means bringing people together around a shared goal. Connecting people, processes, data and technology is where I enjoy working and ultimately where I add value.

My Core Strengths

• Work effectively in fast paced and ambiguous environments within complex global organizations.

• Build genuine trust with senior and executive stakeholders while keeping clarity and composure under pressure, so initiatives move beyond launch to real adoption and lasting value.

• Lead distributed teams of up to 15 project managers across time zones, through ownership and clear expectations.

• Design and implement innovative digital and omnichannel strategies and eServices, including multichannel engagement and social media initiatives.

• Identify and translate business requirements into concrete solutions through requirement gathering, proof of concept development, program leadership, including the acceptance criteria technology teams build against.

• Shape enterprise AI initiatives, from portfolio assessment to AI answer quality and FinOps, linking the cost of AI solutions to the value they deliver.

• Support marketing and commercial teams in market assessment, integrations, global product launches and large scale program rollouts.

• Drive global program scaling, centralization, localization, training and adoption across regions and affiliates.

• Build business cases, KPI dashboards, executive reporting to steer investment decisions (use of Tableau / Qlik).

• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful solution adoption through clear communication and alignment across global teams and regions.

• Collaborate with leadership teams to expand global strategies and digital capabilities across markets.

• Operate independently with a proactive, solution oriented mindset, combining strong organization, team spirit, attention to detail and an objective, customer focused approach.
