Work customer facing and manage a portfolio of projects within the framework of the Digital Solution Center (websites, portals, mobile apps, virtual events, analytics, SEO/SEM, Social Media and digital improvements).

  • Coordination of day-to-day activities related to digital initiatives, including situation analysis, requirements gathering, planning as well as the demand management : Over 30 projects delivered!.

- Drive a portfolio of projects and prioritize activities from a financial and business benefit perspective.

- Deliver ground-breaking new digital services that impact patients, payers and providers with seamless customer engagement, disease and lifestyle tracking, and outcomes. Assessing in a regular way if projects continues to meet business objectives or if it needs a change of scope or re-assessment.

- Interface and align closely with customers and local/Regional Digital Champions.

- Define and execute change management and training initiatives / material.

- Proactive alignment with internal partners and other cross-functional teams, such as those belonging to the Analytics, Mobility and Commercial Solution Centers. Budget review and submissions of SOW/POs.

- Foster innovation in the digital space by adding cross-domain, cross-functional expertise on technology and business trends.

- Support local roll-outs and few operations , while delivering input to the overall digital strategy of Novartis.

- Act as a digital subject matter expert and Business Partner, with up-to-date knowledge and information regarding the latest trends and opportunities in the space. Contributing extensively to the plannings and budgetary processes for the franchise.

- Accelerating the search (SEO/SEM) strategy and tracking across Novartis brands.

- Manage vendor’s RFP process and selection and selected agencies for digital project initiative.


Ability to operate under a multi-reporting relationship. 

(Use : ICE Gold, PPM Clarity and IGM methodology, Zinc, Legal and Data Privacy, Novartis specific business processes).
