Enable the department “Clinical Operations” to use digital media to improve patient and investigator recruitment and engagement in new and difficult to recruit indications. Innovate by using of digital technologies to support and enhance face to face meetings.


Portal / Websites:

Patient recruitment website: Developing websites that support clinical trial recruitment by engaging patients and carers with disease awareness information.

Patient investigator website: 

Developing websites that engage investigators throughout the life-cycle of their relationship with the research and early development processes.

Communication:

Business analysis on site activity (online/offline marketing campaign, SEO/SEM management, leads counts, traffic analysis...)

Patient Smartphone apps: 

Developing apps that support patients and carers as they participate in clinical trials.

Data-driven patient recruitment:

Creating workflows and producing solutions that will enable clinical trials to identify eligible patients based on EHR records and other available data.

Manage large-scale digital projects supporting regional and global business and piloting new technologies. 
Implement digital services and solutions to meet internal business needs of affiliates across multinational region and maximize the impact of their eMarketing multichannel actions to improve their maturity level. Digital marketing and communications strategy for major brands assigned to me.
Manage relationships with internal/external project stakeholders and on-boarding/managing agencies. Scout for new technologies and interface with vendors and better Integrate solution with our ecosystems. Proposing UxGuidelines and implementing clear processes.
Drive implementation of best practices across the organization, provide consultancy / expertise in the digital area as an SME and of course innovate with new ideas. Focus on internal and external end customers (Sales reps, HCP, KOL, Nurse, patients...).

Trained internally key stakeholders and whole business/IT Teams on divers main digital solutions.


Change management control (for innovative solution/services)

- Coordinate teams and implement processes to better integrate with innovation. Ease communication between cross functional teams.

- Business Analysis : gather business and IT requirements and force of proposition to non-mature team in order to guide them and drive in the right direction that will benefit them. Ask the right questions on the right time and value the teams needs. Able to see big pitcher and focus on crucial details.

- Work on digital communication plans and developing the overall objectives, targets and ROI (i.e newsletters articles, internal TV playlist, social media monitoring...)


eEducation (Virtual Event Management & eTraining) expert
- Coordinate and implement Virtual Meeting events for study teams and support other groups initiatives (i.e for Pharma Development, pRED, Medical Affairs, Diagnostics, Market access) in order to increased data sharing on clinical trials and results across locations while making sure of Compliance.

- Manage virtual events setting up rooms, implementing high interactivity with polls, Q&A, videos, social media, surveys etc. 

- Evaluate training needs. Plan, implement and enhance training on solutions and interview methods with virtual meeting, monitoring the participation and knowledge sharing. Establishing pre-event and post event materials.
- Select & monitor vendor solutions.
- Promote global webcasts to local affiliates allowing re-usability and manage ROI.
- Improve cost effectiveness.

- Offer digital & technical expertise on CLM while building an eSales aid for brand teams, including content guidance to engage HCP, leverage sales rep roles, and final UAT support.

- Manage monitoring with advance dashboard analysis
- Create internal training plan on the platform and the digital content
- Manage roadshows, integrations with desired integrated Roche systems (i.e SFDC, SSO, CQ5, Omniture etc...)

- Ensure proper delivery of projects following timeline, plan and budget in compliance with Roche PMM. Guarantee accuracy of resources, manage stakeholders and agencies to maximize the quality and reuse of functionality delivered. Implement SLA's.
