Balanced lifestyle is key to achieving overall well-being. I have explored various fitness activities and mindfulness practices, which help me maintain both physical and mental health as much as I can. Reading many books on self motivation and connecting to your better self.

From general gym and CrossFit for a moment, family constellations, Yoga, meditation, Vipassana, Reiki, Chakra alignment, energy healing … I tried a lot of activities to master my health , having my energy in check regularly and better understand emotions and my health.
